CANCELLATION POLICY
Please provide at least 2 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled service time will result in a charge of 50%. Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice (“no-call, no-show”) will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost. Thank you for your understanding.
